Susan Jackson, Wellness Coach

about me

Hi, I’m Susan—a wellness coach, mindfulness meditation teacher, licensed massage therapist and the author/creator of The Aligned Wholeness Method. After a sudden loss and years of burnout, self-neglect, and living on autopilot, I finally realized: healing doesn’t come from doing more—it comes from coming home to yourself.

I created this method for women like me—women who have spent years taking care of everyone else, only to realize they’ve left themselves behind. The Aligned Wholeness Method is a blend of practical tools and soulful guidance to help you reconnect with your body, your emotions, your mind, and your spirit. And it is all done at your pace.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
And you don’t have to do it alone.

More About What I Do

Just a Note:
I’m not a doctor, therapist, or licensed social worker. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Certified Wellness Coach, a Certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher, and a Certified Yin Yoga Instructor. What I share through the Aligned Wholeness Method comes from real-life experience—years of navigating burnout, healing, and personal transformation. Everything I offer is grounded in what I’ve lived, learned, and now feel called to share with others walking a similar path.

FAQ's

You’ve got questions. I’ve got answers.

Q: How long do I have access to the course?

You’ll have lifetime access to the course materials. That means you can move at your own pace, revisit lessons when needed, and return anytime life gets loud and you need a reset.

Q: What if I fall behind or get busy?

There’s no such thing as “behind” here. The Aligned Wholeness Method is intentionally self-paced and flexible. Whether you go through it in six weeks or six months, the journey is still yours to take—on your terms.

Q: Do I need to be spiritual to take this course?

Not at all. While the course includes practices that invite inner connection and soul alignment, everything is grounded in real-life tools. You’re welcome whether you identify as spiritual, curious, or just craving more peace and clarity.

Q: Is this course right for me if I’ve tried other programs and didn’t stick with them?

Yes—especially if you’ve struggled with all-or-nothing thinking or burnout from “doing it all.” This course is designed for women who are ready to shift from pressure to presence. It’s not about perfection; it’s about reconnecting.

Q: What makes this different from other wellness programs?

The Aligned Wholeness Method focuses on integration—not just adding more to your to-do list. It weaves physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness into one supportive, doable path, so healing feels natural, not forced.

Q: Are there live sessions or is it all self-guided?

The course is self-paced, but you’ll also have the option to join bonus live coaching calls and workshops if you’d like extra support and connection. Those opportunities will be shared with enrolled students.

Q: Do I need any special tools or experience to begin?

Nope. Just an open heart, a willingness to explore, and a bit of space in your day. A journal wouldn’t hurt either - that way you can keep track of all your self-discoveries, answers and journaling in one place. Everything is laid out clearly, and you’ll be guided every step of the way.

Q: What if I have questions or need support while I’m going through it?

You won’t be alone. You'll have access to a private student support channel and opportunities to connect with me (Susan!) for guidance, encouragement, or just a compassionate check-in.
